IGBT electroplating rectifier 200A 24V has a long history in chemical industry. It is an electrolyzer with two electrodes operating in a liquid alkaline electrolyte of potassium hydroxide (KOH) or sodium hydroxide (NaOH). These electrodes are separated by a diaphragm to separate the product gas and transfer the hydroxyl ion (OH -) from one electrode to the other. The comparison results show that the most advanced nickel based water electrolyzers with alkaline electrolytes are competitive and even more efficient than those using platinum group metal based electrocatalysts for membrane water electrolysis of acidic polymer electrolytes.
 
 
Electrolysis requires the presence of minerals in the solution. Tap water, well water and groundwater contain a variety of minerals, some of which are alkaline while others are acidic. Water with pH greater than 7.0 is considered alkaline; water below 7.0 is acidic. The requirement is that there must be ions in water to conduct electricity, so as to carry out water electrolysis process.

Installation

1, Placing rectifier and keep the body stability; ensure good ventilation.
2, Checking anodizing rectifier out cover if loosing.
3, Connecting shell to ground to prevent static electricity.
4, Conecting the AC input wire
5, Connecting the DC output copper bars
6, Connecting the rectifier remote control box,if local control ,skip this step
7, Turn on air switch, then the fan starts to rotate and the power indicator light.
8, Clockwise rotation adjustment button, voltmeter degree increases, working indicate light lighting.
9, Adjust knob to maximum, then the voltmeter should indicate the rated voltage, current meter indicates the load volume accordingly.
10, Disconnect the air switch, turn off the rectifier
