b: The rectifier has good structural strength and corrosion resistance after phosphating, galvanizing and plastic spraying.
c: Reasonable structure design, isolated inverter design, rectifier part, because of its neat assembly and disassembly.

2 electrical control system
Answer: the rectifier adopts full bridge phase-shift soft switch control, which can ensure the lowest power consumption of IGBT. The capacity of IGBT is three times larger.
b: Main transformer. Using amorphous core to improve transformer efficiency and cool transformer not only reduces the weight of rectifier, but also enhances the stability and reliability of rectifier. In its primary stage, it adopts series isolated capacitor.
c: The total power of the core is increased by 1.5 times by using the magnetic bias auto correction circuit.
3 Schottky barrier diode

4. All control boards shall be anticorrosive treated with imported varnish.
How to install rectifier
This is installation way for remote control rectifier. Not only this way.
1. To connect copper bar with bath/tank
2. To ensure power supply/rectifier is grounded
3. To ensure there is enough water for water cooling type power supply/rectifier
