How to choose PCB plate plating rectifier ?
To select PCB plate plating rectifier has three requirements:
1, Meet the specifications required by plating process, including dc power supply power, waveform index, adjustable current and voltage range, etc.;
2, PCB plate plating power supply itself reliability power supply, which mainly refers to structure reasonable, security and line features, cooling methods;
3, DC power supply cost performance.
Determining plating type and and what kind of dc power supply the plating tanks shall use is the implementation and the first important work in electroplating production. There are 2 methods to determine suitable dc power supply in the actual plating production:
One: according to plating liquid solution to determine volume current density;
Two: calculated according to the plating area to get plating current density per unit.
The so-called volume current density, it is based per liter of plating solution allowed to pass maximum current to adjust entire plating tank current intensity, to determine the maximum power supply output and the conventional output.

9, Adjust knob to maximum, then the voltmeter should indicate the rated voltage, current meter indicates the load volume accordingly. |
10, Disconnect the air switch, turn off the rectifier |
