Normal silver electroplating machines cannot directly obtain bright electroplating coatings. In order to obtain brightness, chemical immersion or barrel rolling treatment is required, but it will lead to the loss of silver electroplating coatings, and it is difficult to recover 50% of the loss, leading to greater waste. Bright silver plate can directly obtain bright electroplating coating, which simplifies operation and reduces waste. However, the anti abdomen visual state of the electroplating coating is poor, and the conductivity will deteriorate. Because silver in the air can easily change color due to sulfur, additives (mainly sulfur compounds) will inevitably promote its more easily changed color, thus seriously affecting electroplating and welding characteristics. In addition, the attached electroplating agent (in this case, it can be regarded as an impurity) makes the silver plate impure, and then the electrical performance decreases. In order to make an inappropriate analogy, cold poison can cure colds, but it will bring side effects (such as dizziness, lethargy, etc.). Bright silver inclined solution additives, such as cold poison, may directly obtain bright silver plating layer, but side effects (such as anti pollution coating ability, conductivity change, additive decomposition products, difficult to treat, etc.).

Application

2 Electric control system
a: The rectifier adopts full bridge phase-shifted soft switch control, ensuring the lowest power loss of IGBT. The capacity of IGBT become 3 times bigger.
b: The main transformer. It adopts amorphous core to increase transformer efficiency and cool transformer, and not only can lighten rectifier weight, but also can strengthen rectifier stability and reliability. At its elementary stage, it adopts series blocking capacitor.
c: Magnetic deviation automatic correction circuit is adopted and the total power of magnetic core gets enlarged 1.5 times.

How to install rectifier

1. To connect copper bar with bath/tank
2. To ensure power supply/rectifier is grounded
3. To ensure there is enough water for water cooling type power supply/rectifier
