36V 1000A Low Ripple Rectifier for Surface Treatment with PLC Touchscreen and RS485

The 36V 1000A low ripple rectifier is designed for demanding surface treatment and electrochemical applications requiring precise and highly stable DC power. It features 380V three phase AC input, air cooling, and local PLC touchscreen control with RS485 communication for convenient operation and system integration. With ripple ≤1%, independently adjustable voltage and current, and an enhanced 1320mF filtering capacitor, the rectifier provides excellent output stability and fast load response with a response time of ≤30ms. It is ideal for precision electroplating, anodizing, metal finishing, and other surface treatment processes.
