The 36V 2000A low ripple DC rectifier is engineered for high current surface treatment and electrochemical applications requiring precise and stable power output. Designed with 380V three phase AC input and air cooling, it features PLC and touchscreen HMI control with RS485 communication for easy operation and system integration. With ripple ≤1%, independently adjustable voltage and current, an enhanced 1320mF filtering capacitor, and a load response time of ≤30ms, this rectifier delivers excellent output stability and fast dynamic response for demanding processes such as precision electroplating, anodizing, and metal surface treatment.
